William Howard Pianist



William Howard
plays a wide range of works from all areas of the piano repertoire from Bach to the present day, with a special emphasis on the Romantic era. He has a particular love of the works of Schubert, Chopin, Schumann and Fauré, and has also built a large repertoire of works by Czech composers, including Dussek, Smetana, Dvořák, Fibich, Vítěslav Novák, Josef Suk, Janáček, Martinu, Petr Eben, Pavel Novák and others.

He also plays a large number of works by living composers (see Contemporary ) and has performed concertos by Mozart, Beethoven, Weber (Konzertstück), Chopin, Brahms, Dvořák, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Judith Weir and Pavel Novák (Symfonie No.3)
